Love this camera. I've always wanted a pro camera but don't have the budget for it.
This camera is an excellent substitute. It has many of the inputs I wanted for mic. the Zoom is great. the HD quality is amazing. And I personal LOVE the anti-shake or the stabilization Panasonic is known for. Example: I was shooting some vid from a boat and the rocking motion is barely noticeable. And the touch screen is really nice. Still have to try ALL the different settings and functions the camera has but I'm looking forward to it.

However, when in the realm of audio quality, the camera picks up a lot of white noise AND on top of that there's a very noticeable and irritating fan noise. there is an option to control mic level (which could potentially reduce how much white noise and fan noise is picked up) but the option is not available when shooting in full auto mode.
